We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables are defined in project-specific contracts.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements and invoices.

Typical payment structure includes an upfront deposit followed by milestone-based payments.

All payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in project suspension.

Refund policies are outlined in specific project agreements.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and materials as specified in the project agreement.

TRT Software Solutions Ltd. retains ownership of pre-existing code, frameworks, libraries, and proprietary tools.

Clients grant us permission to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Third-party software and libraries remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licenses.

Provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials for project completion.

Ensure all provided content and materials do not infringe on third-party rights.

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and access information.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

Review and test deliverables within agreed timeframes.

TRT Software Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, or external factors beyond our control.

Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details.

Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request for sensitive projects.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect client data.

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services.

Changes to project scope, features, or requirements may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

All scope changes must be documented and agreed upon in writing.

We will provide estimates for additional work before proceeding.

Significant scope changes may require a new project agreement.

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement.

Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.

TRT Software Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.

Deliverables and source code will be provided upon full payment of outstanding invoices.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or legal proceedings in UK courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
